Joining training arranged for you?

Your employer, an agency or a program placed you in a course. Follow these four steps.

  1. Ask the person who arranged it

Before you do anything, ask them:

    • Have you already signed me up?
    • Who pays, and do I need a code or form?
    • Which course, campus and start date?
    • Is there anything I need to do before the first class?
  2. Find your course

Search for the course name, code or campus they gave you.

  3. Make sure it's the right one

Check that the name, campus, start date and times match what you were told.

  4. Sign up, if you need to

If you're not signed up yet, use the button on the course page. You may need to create an account first.

If someone else is paying, don't pay yourself unless they ask you to.

Good to know

Already signed up?

You don't need to sign up again. Look for an email from the campus, or sign in to see your courses.

Can't make the dates?

Tell the person who arranged it first. Dropping out yourself could cost you the place or the funding.
